WilPro Ltd is a consultancy business owned and operated by David Williams, a chartered engineer and a former senior executive of a large UK multinational public company with over 30 years international project management and development experience.

WilPro specialise in project development in emerging markets, particularly in the former Soviet Union and Africa, from conception and finance through to implementation and operation.

In recent years the company has been actively involved in the commercial development of a Swedish pre-engineered building system and has been involved in the conceptual design and specification of onshore accommodation facilities for new oil and gas developments
