Over the past 5 years WilPro has been actively involved in the sale and commercial development of a pre-engineered building system developed by the Swedish company, Top Housing AB.

The company offers two types of building systems. The Tropic system, a non timber system that has been used in the tropical climates for over 25 years and the Nordic system which is based on the traditional Scandinavian timber frame designs.

Since 1993 when WilPro became involved with Top Housing the company has completed some 47 projects around the world but principally in Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Angola and Antarctica. WilPro provides sales and commercial advice as well as undertaking the commercial and technical negotiations with clients. The company has particular experience at reviewing and evaluating tender enquiry documentation issued by the many major international contractors including; Bechtel, Brown and Root, Halliburton, Fluor Daniel, Kellogg, Parsons and Snamprogetti.

Over the years Top Housing have designed and supplied all type of buildings including; hotels, houses, camps, offices, schools and hospitals.
